mount+mountspeed(pally aura, riding crop, etc) work like that, don't know of any regular movespeed increases that stack
haste% is the same (multiplicative)

What's a skill that stacks on hit? I'm checking sunder armor atm but I'd like to have another to compare/pinpoint the values that need to be changed

currently when I recast the aura (that's supposed to be stackable), it cancels it instead of stacking.
