I don't believe I did, and either way that computer has been wiped. I assumed that it was all just referenced from the files in the server's folders, but I'm beginning to guess that might have been a poor assumption to make lol

Poor or not, it's wrong sadly.
All the SQL queries that you run against your database are mandatory to be saved as files for later use. If you don't save them, they'll be hard or impossible to retrieve.
