How does one go about enabling The Spirit of Competition as a yearly event on Azerothcore?
I have added this to my game_event table
```INSERT INTO acore_world.game_event (eventEntry,start_time,end_time,occurence,`length`,holiday,holidayStage,description,world_event,announce) VALUES
(46,'2025-01-13 12:00:00','2030-12-31 07:00:00',525600,1382400,0,0,'Spirit of Competition',0,2);
```
