An existing one don't think so, may if it was a custom item with a custom spell

The best way would be a custom set of NPC gossip menus and doing some calculations. That being said, I can also just throw a big bunch of EXP at the player. The idea is to be generous anyway.

Without a module or adding to the existing map I don't think you can do calculations (to give percentage experience in this case). But if you do decide to go via the generous experience if you know or intend for the people using what youre making to he a specific level you can estimated 1-2 levels of something similar

on a technical level you can hook into the PlayerScripts and grant a level when a quest is completed

I was installing player-bots module, but guide didn't mention to import manually sql, but world-server don't import player-bots database or sqls, is there something am I missing? other modules imported sql.

True. I could do that in Lua easily enough. I’ll just stick to throwing a big lump sum at the player for now. I’ll work with known exp ranges for the zones and offer up something chunky.
