Yes, it contains only server-side spells. You can also add overrides.

Both works for server-side effects.
If you need **visual** changes to a spell, you need to change the client's dbc files.

dbc files are loaded first. Then everything in dbc tables is read and overrides what was in the files.

ok i c ty! Was searching for a vampiric /lifesteal spell effect to add to a scroll like "scroll of strength" or something and find it hard so far to understand the dbc file and was hoping to get it into keira somehow^^
