The last image you sent you're changing the structure of the table which is not what you want to do. You want to change the content.
Either learn the basics of SQL and run queries or you can use HeidiSQL UI to insert them.
If you go for the second option just go to your `disables` (`Data` option ) table (inside of `acore_world`) and right click an empty place inside of that and insert row.
From that the only 2 things that always need to be filled no matter what is SourceType (if it's a quest, dungeon, bg, etc.. check the wiki) and the entry refers to the entry/id/unique number of whatver soutceType you chose. Example for BGs in `battleground_template` would be `ID` if not mistaken.
Example of a row you would insert
SourceType = 3 (means DISABLE_TYPE_BATTLEGROUND)
Entry = 2 (means Warsong Gulch (battleground))
flags = 0 (nothing to add or change)
