If you want all herbs to give you all the herbs then you would need to change all the herb "nodes" to have all the same loot.
If you only change earthroot "node" in durotar only those nodes will have those changes

There aren't actually that many different loot tables. I.e all lichbloom (wotlk herb) use the same loot table so that's just 1 instance you need to change to cover *all* spawns of it

I already understood this. I changed everything in the table, but only from level 1 to level 230. everything above is not found
