I thnk I figured it out. However I think I am misinterpreting this line: In the configs folder you should find:
authserver.conf.dist
worldserver.conf.dist
There are two/three DLL files that need to be manually added to this folder, and you need to copy them from the following installation/bin directories:

I did have them in the wrong place. I got both Conf files working although they closed immediately.
