With a gm account goto the location you want to add the npc and use this command:
.npc add 190010
About this, I gave my account a lvl 3, is it enough to make me a gm ? If no how do i do that ?

I forget if solocract has any sql but check to see and run the ones you need to

(i have a litterature degree, not working with computers at all, it is VERY abstract to me and hell, it feels like i'm walking on my toes, trying to avoid ruinging everythign at every corners)
