i solved my issue. it seems like there are several errors in the installation guide from azerothcore. ty tho

there must be a way to indentify a temporary object, and check if caster is in combat, and target creature is close to temporary object

Not the issue IMO, I'm more of the opinion that Blizz considers you to always be in LoS if you are successfully meleeing a given creature
