probably another dumb question but i'm looking at https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/spell_dbc and have a question:
"This table contains data regarding serverside spells which are not to be found in Client DBC files." does this mean if I add new spells to this table I won't need to provide a client side update via an mpq? I'm still tinkering with giving players stacking buffs and looking at my options.

ah yeah i've got that, but I've only been using it to browse spells. I'm safe to add new spells and not require anything fancy client side as long as players aren't casting em? sorry if these are dumb questions or its spelled out someplace else obvious
