If the client supports it, I could see this movement packet compression being implemented, but whether it was active back in 3.3.5 would determine whether it'd be enabled or disabled by default

Hunters not having the specific talent work as intended to tank (which was never actually changed in game but the patch notes said it was) if we fixed that which was a bug it wouldn't be the 335 experience as it got fixed properly in cata
