It probably doesn't use a sql file just changes how it works (the spells Learning) ignore the sql part, I can update that readme later. See if the module runs fine

These are not optional breadcrumb quests but I do understand the usage of PrevQuestID and NextQuestID. The problem here is that essentially quest 712 and 714 either need to have 2 NextQuestIDs or 734 needs to have 2 PrevQuestIDs. It looks to me like Keira does not have a way to set multiple prereq quests for one quest. I think you are supposed to use pools and ExclusiveGroup IDs but it either isn't fully implemented or I'm not doing it right lol
