Going back to this discussion, if you are sure that the drops of gray/white/green/blue are higher than vanilla and it is a common issue with the azerothcore, then perhaps I could manually reduce it? Would that be possible or is it loads of manual work?

It's not an issue in general with AzerothCore. It's just the blizz-like way that especially blues were increased compared to vanilla.

We don't know about the potential interference of your modules and config settings though.

Regarding my modules, I just use playerbot and inidivudal progression mode and have not touched or changed any drop chances.

I don't know if the rates you specifically see are blizzlike. But you compared it to vanilla rates. And that's where what Tereneckla said applies.
