When I get this blue drop from Irradiated Horror and it is not in Atlas Loot displayed at all, then is it part of individual progress module or azerothcore? Sorry for the confusion.
I am just very surprised to get such drop from trash mobs

it is part of azerothcore, just a random drop and you got lucky (or you increased drop chances)
