i was testing how to change spells with the WoW Spell Editor so i just changed "Soul Leech" tier 3's proc chance from 30% > 100% but in game on the tooltip it still says 30% but seems to be proccing 100%. Did i do something wrong or tooltips just annoying to properly change?

when i changed the spell i exported a bunch of dbcs and a patch.mpq, DBCs went server side and patch went to client..is that not enough to change it?

oh wait..i think i might see the problem..for some reason it named Patch-x.mpq.mpq ♀️

yup its fixed now lol, also had to change the name so it'd be at the bottom of the patches
