They are 7 but i don't think is a faction issue. You said they have the same behaviour when you changed to another faction id (which i pressume was hostile)

Yeah, just seems that 7 doesn't exist, which confuses me, only other thing is these waypoint errors.

7 it's creature. I think is a dbc file value, if you have keira u can check it by searching for "creature"

I seem to remember someone saying waypoints shouldn't have id 0 and there are several instances of that happening, but they couldn't understand why it's happening.

I don't think it is the cause, just something that appears from time to time, but more often than not for these guys
