I have removed the item level requirement for an enchant , I want able to successfully enchant the item , how ever it’s still appears locked behind the level 50 requirement . I removed the cache . I edited the item template , would I have to edit something else ?

You mean it appear red icon, i think thats client side

My best guess is a level requirement in the enchantment spell. I recommend the modding discord for that though.
If an item shows a red ?, it's a custom item which is not present in the client's DBC files.

Okay thank you , it an item in game I just changed the value to not require level 50 anymore .
