`.instance unbind all` will reset all instances (dungeons and raids) to the player that used the command.

I'm not aware if there's another way to to do it for the server

It'll do it for whoever you're targeting but if you're not targeting anyone it'll reset yours.

`account lock 0 .account lock [on/off] Allow login from account only from current used IP or remove this requirement.`

But doesnt specify more. I pressume this jsut acitviates the lock for the server only allowing players to connect from the same last ip
