AzerothCore it's based on 3.3.5 but you've a specific module called Progression or Progressive don't recall which tends to emulate The patches of each expansion or the base game

Hmm, this is going deeper than I thought Okay, I will have to read through a lot to get what is going on here.
My goal is to play vanilla/classic singleplayer (if it exists) or vanilla/classic with the help of progression bots (if it exists) or WotlK singleplayer (I know that one exists)

If you want an actual vanilla there's other emulators. cMangos has it.

So cMangos for vanilla, Azerothcore for WotlK. But cMangos has no singleplayer module (as far as I know) so I will stick with AC and it's modules.
