After review and going over everything (Its been awhile since I have done this), I think I have deleted my azerothcore source files. I still have my server config files and auth & world server executables to run the server. Is there a way to add a module to my server without my source files? Or is there a way to get my source files back?

Data recovery is possible in a way depending how much you've done from the time you lost your data, but that would be googling it as no one would take responsability for the data lost.

Your server will run fine if it has been compiled. But any updates or changes, you always need to re-compile which means you need the sourcecode that you can download at anytime and the same for the modules

Changes: Updating the core like a new instance code for a boss fight or any SQL updates, that can be ran manually but you still require to have them downloaded

For these changes I would make sure you have a script for this backed up to allow you to reapply it if needed.
