Does anyone have a link to download the software that runs authserver and worldserver? I think it was called trinity core panel... I couldn't find it on google. If it's not possible to download, can you suggest a practical way to open these executables in Windows?

There's no need for a program to start programs. Unless it offers usecases we're not aware of.
