You make the skin swap like you normaly change char-to-creature.

Change into the "creatures" with the following IDs and you'll get a perfect swap
the following IDs is for swaping:
Bloodelf Female - 20370
Bloodelf Male - 20368
Broken Male - 21105
Draenai Female - 20323
Dwarf Male - 20317
Gnome Female - 20320
Gnome Male - 20580
Goblin Female - 20583
Goblin Male - 20582
Human Female - 19724
Human Male - 19723
Nightelf Male - 20318
Orc Female - 20316
Tauren Female - 20584
Tauren Male - 20319
Troll Male - 20321
Felorc - 21267
Its not a complete list, either i can't find anymore or they don't exist
Don't be alarmed when you're about to log and see that your char looks like a mess, once you're in the char will look like it should.
your char will also look like a mess when you try items in the dressingroom.(but I think you can survive that)
