You can set AT as a realm type, but it doesn't have any handling. The entries of trainers are present, unsure if they all work correctly if spawned manually.
No module exists to handle arena tournament? Maybe there are sniffs somewhere from official AT realms to make one.
Best bet is to look for this data in repacks with "arena tournament" in the name. So you can extract their custom AT NPCs and use it with an up to date AC
