I will post my video when is done in the issue, it's rendering. Because when a pdump load my DK, she was in Ebon but in the "location" of the DK starting Area Instance without being in that instance. Therefor no NPCs and I assume the Runeforge isn't the correct one. When using the death gate I was able to runeforge the weapon.
I never had an any issue in opening the menu and runeforging menu, just i couldn't runeforge the weapon straightaway as i was in the "wrong" ebon
