change DBC files or override the values in the DBC files using e.g. the `spell_dbc` table. dbc tables only work for server side calculations. Changing anything visual requires a client patch.

In any case, you want wdbx editor for the visualisation of dbcs

So, issue I’ve run into. Once the player hits ~68-70, they can no longer queue for random dungeons. Only specific dungeons. It says the level is too high, even for TBC dungeons

That's because you have probably disabbled Northrend and all dungeons in the range from 68 on are there.

Is anyone else able to generate debug logs for SmartAI? In my worldserver.conf I have uncommented and set: Logger.scripts.ai.sai=5,Console Server which is for debug level and lower and started a quest involving an SAI npc with several events in the smart_scripts table, but I am not seeing any logs generated when events are triggered.
