I think that’s triggered by .achievement checkall for an offline player

Criteria shouldn’t be checked, if relevant values don’t change. So as long as the level stays the same I would have thought it should never trigger

What can definitely trigger this is if you level up an offline character and then login with that character right afterwards when it has gm off, this will check the criteria right on login
