I look at the conditions of the NPC and it all makes sense, and when i execute the spepl manually it spawns.
Does SAI doesnt go foward if any of steps isn't met or only exectues what it can run?

It’s event based, so whenever a condition within the SmartAI is met, the corresponding entries are executed

Like „onrespawn“ will trigger whenever a creature of this type spawns / respawns

if you edit SmartAI while the server is running, don’t forget to run .reload smart
