If you can't find a way to access the old database you had, or access those file's information in a database, you can't do much about your data.

`MovementType` in either `creature` or `creature_template` set to 1 will make them move randomly and `wander_distance` in `creature` deteremines the radius in yards. No need to go for something more complex than that.
