for example 71121 is healing touch that i am using and the autobalance is modfying it ...

Autobalance modifies spells, so if you wanna remove the spell fully from the boss/npc you have to go into the actual script and remove it there, that function only makes it so the spell values dont get modified

What I mean is if you add a spell ID there it wont be modified what you said was "skip" so i think what you wanna do is if a boss casts healing touch you want it to stop casting healing touch, puting the spell there will only make the spell healing touch not scale down, if you want to actually remove the spell from the boss mechanic / mob you have to go into their smartscript or c++ code and remove it there
