I would say just have the people on your local address.Set their realm listto your public I.P

That' I'm not sure of, I don't have access to my router, I live on island and have a small ISP, they are using a MicroTik and I have to call them for port forwards

No, no, no. Don't change the default value, that does nothing. You just change the data in the data tab, hence the name.
