I was try to het the level 1-19 bracket of the module mod progression system to work and I think you told me I needed to set the player level cap to 19 in my worldserver config. I also made mention of an issue where starting server just goes to this database loading loop and never actually starts. It seems when I change the level cap from 80 to 19 that is what’s causing the server to get stuck looping on start up. Is there something I’m missing or a work around? Also I think you mentioned something about running the server in release vs something called RelinDeb or something like that. Can you explain a little more please. Thank you

Without knowing what the server says it's impossible to tell why it's "boot looping". You would need to look at Server.log and Errors.log if you can't look at the terminal.
