I thought I read somewhere that it did make significant edits, but I am reading the docs and it seems to be saved per char only. Is that true or does it also alter server-wide tables?

hmm that command doesn't seem to exist; also don't see in command list

2nd question: I have ah-bot on, created an account and a characer, do I need to summon this character or something? I logged in with it then logged out.
When i go to AH it is empty
