Is there any recomendation of offical support if i wanted to run commands from my machine to the vps without having to connect to the vps, assuming to not use telnet as it not secure or im wrong?

no there is no way other than ssh to securely connect remotely

docker attach <container>
EXECUTE COMMAND `AC> <command>`
exit
exit
```just adapt however you need

i rul all this comands to update the server but the version and date wont change when i restart the worldserver
