im using them, theyre surprisingly good. They take some configuration and familiarity and i cant speak for full fledged raids but for anything other than like 10-25 mans, its really good

bgs, dungeons, world pvp, everything.. just gotta tinker with creating them around your level bracket as you level which requires several reset cycles as you level up
