Non related to the above, while I'm waiting for any feedback on the keira.
Just to see if i understand this by logical means.
This to check the health percentage (of the victim, which i pressume is whatever this npc is attacking) has 100% of casting when the victim between hp between 40-50% they will cast Pierce Armor (Reduces an enemy's armor by 50% for 20 sec.)
