I've had issues with something similiar before, even having the auto update on, for all the dbs. Is there any other thing that can cause this issue?

Core was compiled but sql wasn’t applied thus it expects a table that doesn’t exist

No other reason but the updater not running the sql file

If it was an issue with the sql file itself the updater would error and shutdown the server

So I don’t see what could be the reason tbh
