Hello gang. `.npc add <npc_id>` is heavily documented. Yet, when I attempt to do so in-game on a gm-level character, `.npc add` is not listed as an available command. Just pulled the newest version of azerothcore today. Do I have to do something more to enable this command?

Depending on which openSSL version, it can vary. But since OpenSSL 1 was deprecated, you should have the DLLs listed under OpenSSL 3
