In the DB you put the
Address: The IP people will be using to connect to you
LocalAdress: the IP of the machine (that's not 127.0.0.1, if not mistaken)

but try using 127.0.0.1 and see if you can conenct (in the localaddress)

I've always set up my static local ip for it, so i dont know if 127.0.0.1 works
