They shouldn't be unless at least one member of the group is too high level for whatever you're killing, isn't that right? Raid groups are different though.

overall xp actually is increased in a party, but it then is split between each party member

It's not enough to equal what you get as a solo player, but the only way to correct that (for instance to multiply it by number of members instead) would be core edits.

im going to live with it but one more question i installed the dynamix.xp module the core is loading it when i start but the command wont work ingame i checked the config and its enabled
