No, A and H means alliance and horde. The color determines the reaction for each faction. Some creatures only show A or H when they're in the starting zones

It's wrong though. I've done research on these to make sure I got it right and 3.3 changed them. I can't say why wowhead isn't showing the updated faction for them.
