Well AzerothCore doesn't use HTTP so that wouldn't work

why would you add the overhead of HTTP and websockets and such when simple TCP sockets do the job

that spells it out pretty clearly, whatever you have in the config for AutoBalance.LevelScaling.EndGameBoost is not correct
