and also why i cant launch it without error 132 unless i change the compatibility to windows xp sp3

It's a pretty old program. It's not surprising to me that it requires compatibility modes in a 2024 windows.
Right clicking the client as in the currently running game window?
The client can cap FPS based on window focus. Maybe it's that. Maybe it's an addon.

slowly linux will be the only os able to run old windows apps :p
