Looked in my Recycle Bin and it says Win64OpenSSL-3_3_1.msi, and yeah I didn't get the Light one from what I recall

Yeah, I was thinking maybe I downloaded some old version by accident but now I'm not too sure. Perhaps 3.0 straight would be better, maybe something wrong with the version I have? I got time, I could just install them one by one I guess haha
