Either that or the wrong SSL version. I don't know the specifics behind those errors or what exactly could be the reason but we've had plenty of errors lately since AC dropped openssl 1.1.

Not errors because of it but because of people still using 1.1 which reached end-of-life a long, long time ago

Oh, ok yeah that seems like something I could try. Let me see if changing my SSL version is what it is. So is 1.1 "bad"? I should do something lower?

OpenSSL 3 is what you need. 1.1 is no longer supported by anyone, it has reached EoL and should no longer be used.
