I ran into that same issue once upon a time. I import all of my DBCs into stoneharry's spell editor and export them all in one mpq through there

Did you try removing the file that's causing the error but leave the rest as a single MPQ archive?

hmm yeah it seems to be the item.dbc and currencyTypes dbc
