As yours and many others, if your questions don't get answered here, you don't find a solution outside of here and you can't figure out how to fix it on your own, just make a post in the proper channel and be patient.

Just tested it, and it worked fine.
I logged off of the char, did the change and refreshed it to make sure, this worked (database wise) at level 1 and 20 after (to validate if dual spec was enabled)
