nah, the windows OS, very weird that it still has 192.168.1, especially after switching back to dhcp

Okay all good, it doesnt work as it should but it does work with my public ip.

Just keep in mind the port forward rule will probably break at some point whenever the current DHCP lease expires for your windows and vm, you'll just have to update the forward rule again then
