Looked here and under Discussions, could not find any reference that anyone had reported this before. so i made some bug reports for each quests i found broken.
Sharpening your talons - Killing dragons don't count
Burning for Help - Sample Container don't work / creature kill don't count
Post-partum Agression - Kill don't count.
Reagent Agent - Quest item don't drop
My pet Roc - Can't loot eggs from nests
