You prolly have some wierd data in some Collun on item.dbc since it is a visual bug

You also have to add it to the loot dbc I think there is one

is there a way to make all Thorium Mines Spawn, like a GM command?
i suspect alot of mine spawns are missing in the vanilla world

Yeah I have it patched in item dbc. This all worked fine until recently. It’s weird
